All orders are processed & shipped in the order they are received. Orders are processed as soon as they are received.
Billing and Shipping addresses MUST match. DeVine Beauty reserves the right to request proof of payment and a copy of Valid ID, whose address match the shipping and billing order address BEFORE your order is shipped. if your ID is requested, you have 24hrs to provide the information requested.
DeVine Beauty Boutique LLC will NEVER share your information with a third party; as this information is only used to protect from fraud and fraudulent disputes.
return & exchange policy
DeVine Beauty Boutique LLC DOES NOT provide refunds or exchanges once the order has been fulfilled and shipped. An Exchange can only be permitted IF DeVine Beauty Boutique LLC has made the mistake and ONLY if the product is returned without damage and/or use and is returned in its' Original Package and condition.

If your item is returned without following the instructions specified above, we cannot & will not honor your request for exchange.

Lost or stolen items
If your item(s) are lost/stolen/damaged, after shipping is confirmed, please reach out to your Local Post Office to resolve any issues. As DeVine Beauty Boutique LLC is NOT responsible for items AFTER they have been shipped. But we will assist you by filing a claim or report with the Post Office, if item is lost or stolen. If it is required by the Post Office.
DeVine Beauty Boutique LLC reserves the right to refuse a return, refund, exchange and/or sale.

All wigs and bundles are sanitized and co-washed BEFORE they are stocked and sold. Most wigs are colored and styled after the order is received so the cut and color may vary slightly.
