  • Can I cancel or make changes to my order, once it is submitted?
    Orders as processed daily, so once your order has been processed we will not be able to cancel or make changes to your order. Please be sure to double check your order before submitting it.
  • Do you offer refunds?
    No. Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped we are unable to provide a refund.
  • Does my Billing and Shipping have to match and why?
    Yes, your Billing and Shipping address have to match, unless your order cannot be shipped. This is protect from fraud and fraudulent disputes. If you have any other questions, click the button below
  • What happens, if I have not received my order, but it was marked as RECEIVED by the Post Office?
    All of our orders are insured and requires a signature. If your order was Lost, Stolen, or Misplaced by the USPS, please contact your local Post Office and file a claim. If you are advised by your Post Office to contact us, please do so and we can file a claim on our end. At this point it will be on your Post Office to either locate your package or reimburse you.
  • How do I order Custom Color to my bundles or wig?
    To add Custom Color to your bundles or wig, simply add your hair to the cart, then add Custom Color & use the description box to let us know what color you'd like or email us a screenshot or picture of your desired look, along with your payment confirmation or order number.
  • Can my Closure Wig be installed without glue?
    Yes. Closure wigs can be installed GLUELESS. How you need lace adhesive, like holding spray or hair gel.
  • Is the hair, Human Hair?
    Yes, we use Top quality single donor Vietnamese and Cambodian Human Hair. Our hair can be flat ironed, curled, bleached and curled as you would your natural hair.
  • Are my lashes reusable?
    Yes. With proper care, you can reuse them up to 20 times.
